just.SelfTimer Review

What attracted me to it was its beautiful icon, but soon I realized there was more. Relatively simple UI which is unique because many timer apps abandon the familiar interface of the default camera application in favor or something that leaves me fumbling to shoot a photo.

I recently came across OffMaps which a short time ago got a massive update to version 2. It is a pretty simple and yet informative application that lets you download maps, transportation routes, and even wikipedia information onto your iPhone so you never need to go online again!

Notekeeper for iPhone – Taking Notes with a Twist

Today the application is Notekeeper and it performs one very basic yet helpful task, logging the location of notes you take. While this may hold little significance to some, the few that run around cities may find it abundantly helpful when trying to sort your daily life.

Week Calendar View for iOS

Week Calendar View for iOS

Have you ever been frustrated with the fact that iOS’s default Calendar application doesn’t have a week view? Look no further, for the small price of $1.99 you can add this functionality to your iPhone! Worried about it not interacting with your current synced services such as MobileMe or Google Sync? Skobbler for iPhone is Free Turn-by-Turn GPS

The best Flickr app for your iPhone, Reviewed

The best Flickr app for your iPhone, Reviewed

Since I purchased a new iPhone 4, which is on its way, I made a checklist of applications and online services that I will need. One of those is photo uploading and sharing which put me in a tough spot, Flickr or MobileMe? I opted for Flickr because I have had an account for years and lots of my friends have accounts. Next came the task of what application to load onto my new iPhone. The official Flickr application is pretty weak on features and lacking beautiful UI, more of an application for once-a-month Flickr users unlike me.

Google Voicemail on your iPhone

Google Voicemail on your iPhone

Essentially what this application does is provide push-notifications and a playback application for Google voicemails, by forwarding your voicemail notifications to a secret email provided by the company. It works incredibly well and I rely on it for my day-to-day use of my office number. I give it my full backing!
