Stick-Fu for iPhone – Video Review
Looking to bring stick figures to life? Stick-Fu for iPhone allows you to do just that, at 99 cents. It features a highly addictive gameplay, one not often seen on the iPhone platform (it’s not a doodle app I can tell you that). Check out our video review below.
Stick-Fu for iPhone provides a quite interesting concept to the iPhone platform. You control a stick figure character and have to fight your way through a variety of different levels.
One thing I found that was excellent was the amount of levels. You’re going to be in a different situation every time you play the game. I’ve been playing it for quite a while and still have not finished it. At the end of every level, there is a boss. Obviously, it is much more difficult to kill him. Once you’ve done so, you will continue on to the next level.
The controls are not too difficult to learn. The little arrows on the left side of the screen control your stick figure’s direction. The two buttons on the right are action buttons. You can use them with different variations, each resulting with a different move. For example, a double tap on the right arrow key results in your character doing a roll. You can play around with it to see which move you like best.
If you’ve got a spare 99 cents, you can also purchase expansion pack 1, which is an in-app purchase. This will add even more levels to your game, so you’re bound to have an endless amount of fun!
The graphics in the game are nothing special, but that’s what they were going for. If they’re going to name a game “Stick-Fu,” they will not incorporate a 3D person into the game, but make it relate to the little doodles that the young ones always draw.
