CES 2010 In Three Unbelievable Videos

CES 2010 In Three Unbelievable Videos

Although I was not fortunate enough to attend CES this year, I followed the developments and announcements that the Las Vegas conference brought to the tech word very closely. There were many cool toys, mobile phones, and gadgets announced at CES, but most experts would summarize the conference by saying that it is clear that 2010 will be the year of 3D technology.

Photoshop for Android is Surprisingly Simple

Photoshop for Android is Surprisingly Simple

When buying a computer, one of things a computer technicial will ask you before deciding on the RAM to install is, “What are your computing needs?” Are you a basic Web/Microsoft Word kind of guy or are you going to be performing resource heavy tasks like photo editing? Photo editing and specifically Photoshop by Adobe is a very heavy duty software for your computer. If you would have told me two years ago that you would be able to edit your photos with Photoshop on your mobile device, I would have probably laughed at you.

By: Aaron We live in an era where social networking has taken over some people’s lives, whether it’s Twitter or Facebook. Quick Uninstaller for Android is Sadly Necessary

If you have been paying attention to the online buzz as of late, you have surely heard the name Nexus One thrown around. Google announced its much anticipated mobile phone just two days ago, and the hype it is generated brings me back to when a certain other phone starting with the letter I was announced. However, as exciting or not exciting as the Nexus One is, Google actually announced something else that excited me more.

Echofon for iPhone is Back on Top

The Twitter iPhone app industry is booming. I have never actually counted, but I am pretty sure the App Store has more Twitter apps then it does any other kind of app. Developers feel the space heating up and release new Twitter apps daily. Unfortunately, most of the time, these apps are missing one of the key components needed in a successful mobile app. Some of them are overflowing with so many cool features, things that Twitter’s API just began supporting. Generally speaking, those are the kind of apps that are lacking in the user experience arena.

43Things is the Solution for Unsuccessful New Year’s Resolutions

By: @Joel_Appboy With the New Year, comes New Year’s resolutions. The resolutions are predictable: lose weight, find true love, quit smoking or something along those lines. Apple Hits the 3 Billion Downloads Mark

Apple Hits the 3 Billion Downloads Mark

If the iPhone’s UI did not convince you that the mobile world will never be the same, Apple’s latest numbers might do the job. With a little over 130,000 apps in the App Store, Apple announced today that it has hit the 3 billion downloads mark. Think about that number for a second. A market that was not long ago obsessed with who can make the thinner phone, has been completely turned on its face and most experts will agree is now app-centric. Hardware is so 2009

Falling Balls for iPhone is Everything A Mobile Game Should Be

What Ford did to the automobile market, one can say, Apple did to the mobile industry. Most mobile experts will agree that Apple made the biggest shift in the market since the invention of the mobile phone. It revolutionized the market on so many levels, and if using the iPhone is not enough proof of that, take a look at the iPhone competitors out there, and tell me they are not trying to mimic Apple’s work. Just the other day, a close friend, who also happens to be an international mobile expert tweeted “Watching the Nexus One video, and all I see is an iPhone”.

Rowmote Pro: A New Level of Wireless Control

Rowmote Pro: A New Level of Wireless Control

By: @Joel_Appboy One of the apps I use the most on my iPhone is “Remote” for iTunes. “Remote” allows you to wirelessly control your iTunes via Wi-Fi. The simple controls, which mirror the iPod interface, are easy to use and there is zero delay. I can’t count how many times this app has come in [...]
